Elizabeth Interthal founded EBI Law, PLLC, in 2016 and has been a practicing attorney since 2004. Before launching her own firm, Elizabeth was a partner with Garbett, Allen & Roza, P.A., a boutique law firm in Miami that focuses on serving financial institutions, real estate investors and business clients. From 2006 until 2016, Elizabeth’s work at Garbett, Allen & Roza, P.A. changed to meet the needs of her clients from lending to loan workouts and litigation and slowly returning to lending and real estate related matters. Elizabeth has extensive experience in many types of real estate and litigation matters, including title issues, contract disputes and loan structuring
Elizabeth was born and raised in South Florida. After attending Boston College and Syracuse University College of Law, she returned to South Florida to commence her legal career. In January of 2014 her and her husband moved to the Tampa Bay Area, where they currently reside with their young daughter.
Elizabeth is actively involved with various community service organizations. She was the chair for the Women of Influence Committee for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce for 2017-2018 and the President of the Boston College Alumni Chapter of Tampa in 2016.
